We are staying at AoA and my parents would like to come visit during one of our days. Are they able to park at the resort? This would be a day trip, not staying overnight. Can we have 2 parking passes for a family suite? I will already have one for myself.

Hey there, Shannon, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by the panel with your question. Vacations are always better when we experience them with the ones we care the most about! With this in mind, of course your parents can visit you during your Walt Disney World Resort Vacation!

Shannon, parking rates are assessed on a nightly basis when staying in a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel. However, visitors who are not parking overnight receive complimentary Resort Hotel parking during their visit. As your parents approach the resort front gate, they will simply let the security team know they are visiting the “(Insert your last name) family in room #1234” and the Cast Member will direct them toward the parking area. Make sure that the driver remembers to bring their physical driver’s license. Parking for visitors is provided near the check-in hall of the Art of Animation Resort. Be sure to take your parents on a tour of the resort grounds during their visit. Disney’s Cars movies are some of my favorites, so I enjoy seeing the Cozy Cone pool and my favorite Cars characters!

I hope this helps, Shannon! If you have more questions while planning your Disney Vacation, stop back by and let me know
