Most of the free activities are not monitored to check to see if Guests are staying at that resort. They are meant to be fun, spontaneous activities for anyone around. Once, after a dinner at 'Ohana at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, my family and I were walking along the beach when they brought out items to make s'mores. We participated even though we were staying at a different Walt Disney World Resort. That being said, Cast Members certainly have the right to limit any activity to resort Guests. If it is a particularly crowded time of year, that could happen. But, it's always worth a try! I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions. ~Lori
