Staying at AoA in the Nemo suites January 2013. We are a family of 5 but have a brother/sister cootie issue :-) Is it possible to get a cot/rollaway bed? If we bring an airbed, can we get extra pillows, sheets, blankets?

Hi Tiffanie! You and your family must be getting very excited about staying in this new Disney resort, Art of Animation! I love the idea of the family suites and it is something that has been needed for a long time to accommodate the larger families who still need to stay on a budget.

Generally I need to say no to the availability of cots at the Disney resorts. However, you can ask and explain that your children do not sleep in the same beds when you check in. Sometimes, and often at the discretion of a cast member taking care of you, they will understand and see if one is available. Please understand that they do not offer them freely as the rooms are not designed for the extra beds and they do not want them to become fire hazards. The hotels have maximum occupancy according the beds and they can't exceed this.

You can certainly request extra bedding from housekeeping if you need it and your best bet is to bring your own airbed. This will assure you that all kiddos will be happy and pleasant to each other during your stay! Have a great vacation and I am sure you will love the new Nemo suites!
