Hello, we are staying at AoA in a Nemo family suite over the holidays. I was wondering if the mini fridge had enough room to store a full gallon of milk? Thank you!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Cherie!

Oh my goodness, what a happy holiday you are going to have at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort! I was lucky enough to get a tour of this resort during the holidays a couple of years ago, and I was absolutely obsessed with the wonderful decorations and holiday touches. This resort is sensational every day of the year, with larger-than-life Disney details around every corner, but it’s extra-special during the festive season. You’re going to love it!

Cherie, you will always find milk in the refrigerator in my Walt Disney World Resort hotel room. I like a splash of milk in my coffee and tea, and we always bring cereal for our kids to have for breakfasts and snacks, so milk is a must-have. I think you’ll be able to fit a full gallon in the refrigerator, but you’ll likely have to rearrange the shelves, compromising precious capacity in the dorm-sized refrigerator. I would recommend getting either two half gallons (you could keep one on the door), or just one and replenishing from the Landscape of Flavors food court as needed (they carry half-gallon sized milk) or the Ink & Paint Shop (the resort’s gift shop, which is fabulous).

Cherie, I hope you have the happiest holiday at the Walt Disney World Resort! Have you been reading the Disney Parks Blog? They have been sharing so much information lately about holiday offerings, tasty treats, and all kinds of planning tips for your Christmas visit. I’m visiting in a few weeks and have SO many things I want to taste and try. As you make your list and check it twice, remember that my fellow elves here on the Moms Panel are happy to help if you have any further planning questions.

Wishing you a merry and magical vacation,
    Robyn
