We are staying At AOA in 6 mos, wondering best way 2 do a "spending allowance", just let c. card I use for check in cover any extras, or am I able 2 put a certain $$ amount extra before we arrive towards on our account as a credit?

    Hi Jodie,

Yahoo! The countdown to your magical vacation is on. I love Disney's Art of Animation Resort and I think you will too!

When it comes to making purchases with your MagicBand, you have a couple of options. You won't be able to add a credit to your account in advance, but if you want to stick to a daily budget you can set a spending allowance for each MagicBand.

When you arrive at your Resort Hotel and check in, a Cast Member will give you the opportunity to set spending allowances on one or all of your MagicBands. You may choose the amount for each band or disallow spending on some of them.

You'll need to set a PIN for each MagicBand and leave a credit card on file, but if you wish to pay with gift cards or another form of payment, you may stop by the Front Desk at the end of each day and pay off the charges.

Making purchases with my MagicBand is so convenient and I love how customizable the process is based on the Guests needs.

I hope this helps you plan a pixie-dusted vacation in the Big Blue World, Jodie. Hope to see you real soon!
