Hello, we are staying at AoA in the Mermaid Room. Ive read these rooms are the farthest from the lobby and transportation. Is parking located outside of each building , or is it located near the lobby also?

    Hi Felecia,

You are correct that the three buildings with the Little Mermaid rooms are the farthest from the lobby and transportation at the Art of Animation resort, but I don't think you will find it to be too inconvenient. One of the things I love about Art of Animation and its sister resort Pop Century is that they are relatively compact. You should be able to walk from the farthest room in either complex to the lobby and bus depot in 5 minutes or less.

To get to Animation Hall, where the lobby, food and bus station are located, from the Little Mermaid area, you stroll through the courtyard of the two Lion King buildings. The area is beautifully themed, and you will think you are walking through the movie.

There is parking adjacent to the Little Mermaid buildings and also near the lobby. However, I suspect it would entail just as much walking or more if you drive between the buildings. Here's a link to the map of Art of Animation to help you orient yourself.
