    we are staying at aoa lm dec 9 then po-r royal rooms on the 10th- 15th . do you think we'll have a room ready for us at po-r when we check out at 11 from aoa? so we wont be without a room in between?

    You've got a great lineup of accommodations there, Jessica!  Unfortunately, I wouldn't think your room at Port Orleans Riverside would be ready by 11am.  My family has never had much luck with our room being ready before around three or four o'clock in the afternoon.  You never know, though; you might get lucky!  If it were me, I'd plan for worst case scenario.  That is: deliver your luggage to bell services at Art of Animation when you check out.  Ask that they transfer it over to Port Orleans Riverside for you.  Doing so would allow you the freedom to visit the parks as usual and at the end of the day, return to your new resort for check-in.  Bell services will deliver the bags to your new room.  Good luck!
