Staying at AOA (Little Mermaid) for PHM 13. Have stayed at Mod and Del, but not Val. Does val have airline check-in desk? Are there any other major differences? Excited for AOA and PHM!!!

    Hi Francine,

I just toured Disney's new Art of Animation Resort last month.  It is really adorable.  I bet you're going to enjoy this whimsical resort.

Disney's Art of Animation Resort does have a room in Animation Hall dedicated to airline check-in.  You should have no trouble getting updates on your flight and printing your boarding pass.  You may also check your bags at the resort on your morning of departure so that you don't have to check them later at the airport.  That's a service I particularly appreciate.

One key difference between Disney's moderate and value resorts is that the pools at the value resorts don't have water slides.  You'll also find only one sink outside the bathrooms in the standard rooms at a value resort.  Meanwhile, the bathrooms at the moderates offer two sinks.

Thanks for posting your question to the Moms Panel, Francine.  Have an amazing stay at Disney's Art of Animation Resort!
