Hey, Cassandra and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
Let's add some "Bibbidi-bobbidi-boo" to planning your next Walt Disney World Resort vacation. If you have not stayed at
Disney's Art of Animation Resort yet you are in for some of the best hotel theming on-property. From the walk through Radiator Springs to playing in the spooky Elephant Graveyard to swimming in The Big Blue Pool, this Resort hotel will have you singing "Part of Your World" the whole time. We just got back from staying in a Little Mermaid Pool View room and added this hotel to our Disney favorites.
The best room views to see the Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios
fireworks from Disney's Art of Animation Resort are from building #1, 9, and 10. You will need a parking lot view and be on the fourth floor so ask for Building 9. These buildings are best because Epcot is north and Disney's Hollywood Studios is slightly northwest. Some southern facing rooms will have very limited or no view. Depending on your room there may be trees or safety lights in the parking lot that obstruct your view. A better option is to go out to the parking lot and wait for the skies to light up. You will have a clearer view outside because of no room window limitation.
Disney Dad Tip: Another fun spot to watch the fireworks is from Generations Gap Bridge that crosses Hourglass Lake between Disney's Art of Animation and Pop Century Resorts. Grab a
snack from Landscape of Flavors or The Drop Off Pool Bar and enjoy the show.
Please let us know if you have other questions to make your Disney vacation "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious."
Cassandra, enjoy making many Magical Memories!
