Hey, howdy, hey, Jennifer, and welcome to planDisney. For my family, staying at
Disney's Art of Animation Resort is like being in the middle of a movie. From swimming in
The Big Blue Pool with Nemo, traveling under the seat with Ariel, playing in the Elephant Bone Yard, or cruising through Radiator Springs, we find hanging out at the Resort just as fun as the theme parks. Each room comes with
amenities that will help you chill your drinks, and make a hot cup of Joe, and has plugs for all your digital assistants.
Most
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel rooms have an in-room refrigerator or beverage cooler with room to store cans and bottled drinks. We have also kept leftover desserts, pizza, and sandwiches. There are two types of mini-fridges. One has a clear glass front and the other is a solid panel. Both have more than enough room for you to keep yogurts, cheese, and boxed milk. Solid front refrigerators are able to store half-gallon milk and neither holds milk gallons without sacrificing most of the interior space. Also, the refrigerator may or may not have a freezer section so if you need to keep something on ice then use the ice machines at the Resort in an insulated cooler.
planDisney Pro Tip: We travel with sealable bags to store ice in our cooler to keep items that need to be ice-cold, safe.
Jennifer, Disney’s Art of Animation Resort is a whole new world and each day you stay is another day to play in the movie magic of Disney and Pixar. I am here to help so feel free to
write me back directly with any follow-up questions.
Enjoy making many Magical Memories.
