    Hi, staying at AoA at the end of February. We are flying, my mother in law is in FL and will be meeting us at the resort. Will she be able to check-in before we get there? The reservation is in my husband's name and we will have the magic bands. Thanks!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Disney's Art of Animation Resort is one of my family's favorite places to stay when we are visiting the Walt Disney World Resort!  Be sure to stop by and say hello to my friend Crush near The Big Blue Pool! You will need to add your Mother-In-Law's name to the Resort reservation in order for her to be able to check-in prior to your arrival. The Cast Members at the front desk of the Resort will be able to assist her in gaining access to your room should she not have her MagicBand with her. So, "Hakuna Matata",  just call the Disney Reservations line at 407-939-5277, and they will be happy to help you make the modification to add her to your existing reservation.
