If staying at AOA, is it difficult to get to Port Orleans Riverside or the Boardwalk for a photo shoot? How much would a taxi be? How long to use Disney transportation to get there?

Hi Denise, welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

One of the many advantages of being a Disney Resort hotel Guest is the Disney Difference amenities and conveniences making your visit unique and unforgettable. One of those Resort Guest amenities is complimentary Disney Bus Transportation to all Theme and Water Parks, Resort hotels, and Disney Springs.

Transport from Disney's Art of Animation Resort to Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside or Disney's BoardWalk can easily be done by taking the Resort hotel Bus to Disney Springs Bus Stop-Town Center and then transferring to either desired Resort hotel. I would allow at least one (1) hour or more transport time factoring in the wait times for the bus and travel time. I have used Taxi Service on property, and my experience with costs, (subject to change) has been anywhere from $20-$30, gratuities excluded.

Denise, in preparation for your visit, may I offer all the new experiences, entertainment, and dining through Disney's Awaken Summer.

We hope this information is helpful, and would be happy to assist you further in the near future!

    Magical Disney Wishes~
