Staying at AoA in 33 days!!! Saw on a map how close Caribbean Beach Resort is. Is it possible to walk from AoA to CBR with 2 children (sidewalks, etc.)? We would love to see the themeing! Thank-you, thank-you!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Stacey! You're just a month away from your next visit. Time to get excited!

Disney's Art of Animation Resort is one of our family's favorites. We love the extra room to really spread out in the family suites, and two bathrooms! Who doesn't love that? You've got the Big Blue Pool, the amazing Landscape of Flavors food court, and of course all the courtyard figures from your favorite movies to explore and pose with. Such a wonderful place.

Looking at Art of Animation and Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort on a map, it does look like they're very close, doesn't it? Unfortunately, they are not connected, so it isn't really possible to pass between them. You'd actually have to walk all the way around onto Buena Vista Drive to get to the Caribbean Beach Resort entrance. It is a lovely resort, though, and I definitely recommend you consider a future stay there. In the meantime, you can easily walk between Art of Animation and Disney's Pop Century Resort, which has its own fun theming and a really great food court, too (try the Tie-Dye Cheesecake!)

Hope this helps with your planning, Stacey. Have a magical Disney vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
