Hello. We are staying at AoA and we will be checking out on 12/11. If check out time is at 11am and our flight home isn't until 9pm, what can we do with our luggage and such in the mean time?

    Hi Courtney,

How exciting to be heading to the Walt Disney World Resort during the holidays! There are so many fun and exciting activities available during that time of year. I've included a video which describes several of the extra special opportunities to help celebrate the magic of the season.

To answer your question, once you check-out of your room at 11 AM, you can simply store your luggage with Bell Services. They will give you luggage claim tags and you can pick your bags up prior to boarding Disney's Magical Express to head back to the airport. However, depending which airline you are flying, you may be able to take advantage of the Resort Airline Check-In Service. This will enable you to pre-check your luggage right at your resort hotel, and you won't have to think about it again until you arrive back at your final destination. If you choose this option, be sure to leave your photo identification and other important documents out of the luggage.

    Wishing you magical memories,
