    I will be staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge 11/8/15- 11/14/15 and was wondering if the lodge will have their Christmas decorations up as well as the parks?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Last year, as soon as the last Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party was over, the Magic Kingdom was transformed into its holiday attire. Take a look at this video to see last year's amazing Magic Kingdom overnight transformation. The Disney Resort hotels begin their transformations around this same time; however, it takes several weeks for resort hotels to be fully decorated. Since you are arriving mid-November, there is a good chance you will see Cast Members in action as they decorate Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge for the holiday season. The decor is beautiful, and I am always amazed at the unique ornaments on display there. I hope you get to see them.
