    Hi, we are staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge and wondered if you have to make a reservation for the Boma breakfast buffet? Will we be able to 'walk in'?

    Hi, Melissa!

    Boma - Flavors of Africa is a wonderful buffet dining experience at the beautiful Animal Kingdom Lodge. Reservations are highly suggested as this is a popular dining location.

    If you do not want to commit to a dining reservation, you can always try to walk-up, and see what your wait time would be if there is any availability. If you go either very early or on the later side, towards the end of the breakfast hours, you might have better luck securing a last minute table.

    If you find you simply cannot get seated, you can always head to The Mara, the Animal Kingdom Lodge quick service location, for breakfast. While it is quick service, they serve a full breakfast so there should be something for everyone in your party.

    I hope you enjoy your stay at this unforgettable resort. Plan plenty of time for exploring and relaxing at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge.
