Jambo, Annabeth. It's so nice to meet you!
So I'm going to have to watch myself here because I could talk about
Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge for hours and easily make this entire response a love letter to the resort. So I'll give myself a few sentences to proclaim my love for it, and then move on. A poem, perhaps? Yes, I think that's it:
Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge: A Love Poem
I fell for you in the hush of the savannas,
in the grand, beautiful sweep of your lobby light.
Between Jambo House and Kidani Village,
your views stole my breath,
and your food, the best at Walt Disney World, sealed my heart.
Okay, now that
that's out of the way, let's get to what brought you here: an answer to your question. While your family is usually welcome to visit you at the resort, they will not be allowed to use the
pools since they are reserved only for Guests staying at the resort. However, you can have them visit your room, enjoy the views of the savannas, and eat food at the delicious
restaurants, which, as I stated in my poem, are truly among the best, if not
the best, in the entirety of the
Walt Disney World Resort.
When your family comes to visit, just be sure to give them your room number, as they will likely be asked for the details of the Guests they are visiting at the security booth. Furthermore, it's important to note that at certain, busier times, capacity at the resorts is limited and restricted to the Guests staying at the resort. You can inquire about this at the
Front Desk on the date you're looking to have them visit.
Annabeth, enjoy your time at this
truly stunning resort. If you have any other questions,
I'm here for you!
May your mornings be filled with giraffe sightings and your evenings with the glow of the savanna*,
Matt
