Hi there, Marilyn!
Welcome back to planDisney! An early May visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth sounds absolutely delightful! The days are filled with sunshine and warm temperatures, and typically, schools are still in session so theme park crowds are a bit lower. At this time of year, you'll also have the opportunity to visit one of my favorite annual events, the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. Of course, before you can enjoy the beautiful gardens, you'll need theme park tickets, so let's get to your question!
In reviewing your question history, it seems that you currently hold previously purchased Theme Park Tickets with the
Park Hopper option and are hoping to activate those upon arrival. While this process cannot be completed by Cast Members at your Disney Resort hotel, I am happy to report that you do have several options available to you.
- Online: Use the My Disney Experience dropdown menu and select 'My Plans'. From there, scroll down to select the blue box to 'Add More Plans.' Then, choose 'Link Reservations & Purchases' followed by 'Tickets'. This should populate several different images of tickets. If you see one that looks like yours, enter the ID numbers and try to manually link the ticket to your account.
- Over the phone: Reach out to a helpful Cast Member at the Existing Tickets phone line. When you call be sure to have the ticket information handy to expedite the process.
- In Person: Upon arrival, stop by the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs or a theme park ticket window. Since you're staying at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, you'll find the ticket windows at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park are just a short bus ride away.
One of my favorite aspects of a stay at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge is the opportunity to enjoy my morning coffee with views of the savanna. While you're there, I encourage you to make the most of this benefit exclusive to my favorite Disney Resort hotel.
I hope this was helpful, Marilyn, and that you are able to link your tickets without trouble. Should you require any further assistance, don't hesitate to
stop back by. I'm always happy to help!
Hakuna Matata,
Lizzie
