We are staying at animal kingdom lodge. We will have 3 kids, one of which will be 6 mo. We requested to have a crib in our room. Is there a good chance we will actually get one? Where can we order our baby supplies from? formula, diapers, etc.

Jambo, Jillian and welcome to planDisney where we are happier than Pumba with some grubs to talk about the Disney Resorts Collection hotels!

Jillian, if you have never stayed at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, you are in for a treat! No other property evokes the feeling of being on the savanna and enveloped in African culture. I hope you love it!

Now, since you’ll have three little cubs in your room, let’s talk about how to keep all of them from ROARING! Jillian, when my boys were little I requested a crib on many trips and was always successful. Sometimes the crib is actually a Pack ‘n Play®, but our request was never denied. Now, in addition to a comfy bed, I know little cubs have a lot of supply needs. At Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge you will find a small selection of baby care items available at Zawadi Marketplace and Johari Treasures. However, you may want to consider pre-ordering through a third party to have your desired items delivered (particularly because you’ll have a larger selection). My family love Instacart and place our order a few days before arrival. Some other popular grocery delivery services include Garden Grocer and Amazon Prime Now. Jillian, take a look at this question and answer about Ashley’s favorite way to get groceries HERE.

I hope this information helps as you’re looking ahead to your upcoming trip! If you have any other questions, Hakuna Matata, just come on back to planDisney! Wishing you a WILD time!
