We will be staying in Animal Kingdom Lodge in June and selected the deluxe dining plan option. Will we need to make breakfast reservations at Boma for each morning or can resort guests just walk in?

    Hi Kyle!

We love the Animal Kingdom Lodge.  My boys adore being able to stand out on their balcony and check out the exotic wildlife!  My husband and I love the dining options at the resort.  Boma is an outstanding choice for breakfast and dinner, and Jiko is among our top picks for a signature dining experience.  We also can't wait to check out Sanaa (the new restaurant at Kidani Village at Animal Kingdom Lodge).  The pool is themed like an African watering hole, features a zero-entry and a super cool slide!

While it is possible to get a "walk in" table at Boma on some mornings, I would definitely recommend making reservations in advance to ensure that a table is available with a limited wait for the times you are interested in.  June tends to start showcasing some pretty hefty crowds around Disney, especially later in the month when schools across the country are out.  Staying at a resort does not guarantee a table at a restaurant.

You can call (407) WDW-DINE up to 90 days before your trip, and the cast member who assists you can help make all of your dining reservations in one call.

    Have a wonderful vacation!
