    We are staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge in June 2012 but did not get a savannah view room. Can the kids experience the animals at some other point in the resort?

    Hi there April!

    I stayed at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge back in February and I really loved the resort! There are animals everywhere you look outside! Throughout the resort, there are various viewing areas around the resort to gaze at the animals, from ground level and also from above on certain floors. The way that the resort is set up, your kids will feel as if they are in the middle of Africa and will be amazed at how close the animals are. Let your kids know to make sure to ask the Cast Members who are on hand to answer questions about the animals! They were very eager to answer mine!
