Hello, will be staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge heard we can to the Grand Floridian sit on beach and watch fireworks. Is this true? If so, which is best transportation option other than own car? Where is closest to pu monorail and just take a ride?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Rita!

Watching Wishes! Nighttime Spectacular outside the Magic Kingdom can be just as magical as watching from Main Street, U.S.A. I think you have a fantastic idea, and you are welcome to view the fireworks show from Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Instead of the beach area, my family prefers the view from the dock area near Narcoossee’s, which provides an unobstructed view of the Magic Kingdom and Seven Seas Lagoon.

From Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, you will want to take the Walt Disney World Bus Service to the Magic Kingdom. From there you can board the Resort Monorail to the Grand Floridian or utilize the Walt Disney World Water Transportation. Be sure to stop by Gasparilla Island Grill for a Mickey Premium Ice Cream Bar to enjoy as you watch the spectacular show.

I hope this helps, and you create many unforgettable memories with your family. Please visit us again with other questions you have about your upcoming visit.

    Have a magical day!
