Mom and Daughter at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort Room

    We are staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge in December 2014 and we have reservations at the Kona Cafe one morning for breakfast. Is this going to be a problem? Can we get a bus to that resort from AKL? Thanks.

    Hi there, Justine!

    Not a problem at all!  From Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, you will take Disney Bus transportation to Magic Kingdom Park.  From there, you have a couple of different options.  You can take the boat from Magic Kingdom to the resort.  The first stop will be Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, and then Disney's Polynesian Village Resort.  After arriving at the Magic Kingdom, you could also hop aboard the Resort Monorail for transportation to the Polynesian.  Keep in mind that you may have to wait for transportation, so allow an hour and a half for travel time for your reservation at Kona Cafe.
