I will be staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge on the Club level. Please let me know what I can look forward to?

    Hi Pam,

Wow, you are going to love it.  As a Disney Vacation Club member, I have had the pleasure of staying there twice.  The services are very nice.  The magic really begins before you check in.  If you haven't yet, call the resort and have the concierge desk help make your dining reservations.  You can also speak with them about some of the special tours that are available only to guests staying on the club level.  My family did the morning tour and really enjoyed it.

Your room may or may not be on the same level as the club lounge.  EIther way you will receive a special yellow key to the world card that will allow you to access the club level so that you may enjoy the offerings.  There is full continental breakfast buffet every morning.  In the middle of the day there are lights snacks available.  When we were there they had gummy bears, granola bars, chocolate covered pretzels, etc.  Throughout the day there are juices, milk, soft drinks, tea and coffee available.  Their coffee is really good.  There is a self-service expresso maker, which I found to be a real treat in the mornings.  At dinner time, samples of the foods served at the two main restaurants are brought up.  There aren't enough offerings to have dinner in the lounge, but they make for wonderful snacks.

The best comes to those that make it for dessert.  There is always wonderful treats to try at the lounge in the evening.

    Enjoy your trip,

    Michelle
