    1) Staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge april 2015 2nd week, how do I make reservations for the Wanyama Safari and Dinner, or day or night Safari offered. 2) Do I have to reserve in advance for Simbaclub for my daughter of can it be done upon arrival?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge is beautiful; the African art decor, the views of the savanna, and the animals make this Resort one of my family's favorites. 

    You can make a reservation for the Wanyama Safari, which includes a wonderful dining experience at Jiko - The Cooking Place, by contacting Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge Itinerary Planning Office or Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge Club Concierge. Guests must be at least 8 years of age for this experience. At this time, the Sunrise Safari is not being offered. You can book the Night Safari if you're staying at Club Level at the Resort, or if you're a Disney Vacation Club member staying at the Resort by calling (407)939-8687

    Reservations for Simba's Cubhouse are recommended but not required. You will be charged an hourly rate per child and a 2-hour minimum applies. Same day walk-ins are welcome but they are based on availability, so I suggest making your reservations in advance. To make a reservation, please call (407) 939-3463.
