    If you are staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge, are you allowed to go to the pool at Animation?

    Hi Debra!  Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  You are going to love staying at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, and their swimming pool is fantastic!  Disney's policy on pool-hopping states that you may only use the pool at the hotel for which you are a registered guest, so unfortunately, you will not be able to use the pool at Disney's Art of Animation Resort.  They may in fact check resort ID at that particular pool, as it is very appealing to many Walt Disney World guests.

    I think that once you get to Animal Kingdom Lodge, any thoughts of pool-hopping will fade away.  I hope you fall in love with the resort as much as I have - it's my favourite on all of Disney property!  Please let me know if you have any other questions before your Walt Disney World vacation - I would be happy to help.
