    Staying AllStarSports 2/12/12-2/18/12. I understand there are many schools/kid sports that stay here. Is there a way to find if there will be lots of kids there? Will we need heavy jackets/blankets for parades/fireworks and parks?

    Hi Robert,

          I have stayed at the All Star Sports Value Resort and I really liked it.  Typically, All Star Sports has more schools and sports teams when there are cheerleading events or Pop Warner Football events at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.  Pop Warner Football is usually in early December and the cheerleading events are through out the year.  Also school vacations will be a more crowded time in this Resort, but you are going to miss President's Day Weekend by a few days (President's Day is on Monday February 20th, 2012).  There really is not a way to find out exactly how many kids will be staying at the All Star Sports Resort.  You should be vacationing in Walt Disney World at a low crowd time with the dates in February that you have chosen.  It does get cool at night in February in Walt Disney World so you will need to bring long pants and a medium jacket or a sweat shirt for the night time fireworks and parades.
