We will be staying at the All-Star Sports Resort this summer. I am wondering if there is a splash/sprinkler play area for children? If so, where on the resort is it located? I am unable to find it on the resort's map. Thank you!

Hello, Christa! There is indeed a small wading pool for children at Disney's All-Star Sports Resort. It's located right behind Stadium Hall and adjacent to Surfboard Bay Pool. I just looked at the resort map and you are right, it doesn't look like it is labeled anywhere on the map. If you still cannot find it after you've arrived I suggest asking a Cast Member to point it out for you. There is not a splash pad area at this resort, but I can tell you of a really cool splash area in the Magic Kingdom!

The Casey Jr. Splash 'N Soak Station is a great place to have your little ones cool off and burn off some unspent energy. Last August when I went with my son it was very hot and he was getting cranky. I didn't have his swimming trunks or a towel with us, but since he was in need of a cool-down, I let him run in his clothes. He absolutely loved running around getting splashed and soaking wet. I was grateful for this section of the park after a long day of walking because there are seating areas here where I was able to sit and relax while also avoiding a potential kid-meltdown. There was a small cart right next to the splash area that sold towels and other necessities, so I bought a towel and we went straight back to our resort. I definitely suggest being prepared ahead of time and packing a swimsuit and towel if you plan to enjoy the Casey Jr. Splash 'N Soak Station.

I hope this helps and if you need anything else, don't hesitate to ask. Have a magical vacation!
