    We are staying at the All-Star Sports Resort this August. My son has autism, a gluten allergy, and follows a strict special diet. Is it possible to have a microwave and refrigerator in our room? We also need access to a freezer. Is this possible?

    Hi Cindy,

    First, you want to make a notation in your reservation about the need for the microwave and refrigerator with freezer;  since these are needed for medical reasons, there will be no charge for them. When you check in, I'd also confirm that these items had been placed in your room.

    You can also call (407) 939-7807, which is the special reservations line to speak to some if you'd like that as well -- especially if you are needing larger freezer space than provided in a small refrigerator.
