Hello and welcome to
planDisney, Derek. I'm so glad you've stopped by to chit-chat a little bit about your itinerary.
Disney's All-Star Music Resort is an excellent choice. I've stayed there many times and have always really enjoyed it. From this resort, Derek, you can utilize the
complimentary bus transportation to all four of the
Walt Disney World Theme Parks. I love to be at the theme parks bright and early and am typically always on that first bus over in the morning. Buses start running about 45 minutes to that particular park's scheduled opening time. So if
Magic Kingdom Park opens at 7:30 a.m. for early entry, the buses there would start running 45 minutes beforehand. You'll just need to take a look at the theme park operating hours and plan accordingly. I like to arrive at the bus stop right at an hour prior that way I am sure to be on that first bus over.
Derek, you can also use a rideshare service to get over to the Walt Disney World Theme Parks but I don't think this is the best move in the morning. Cars that are parking and rideshares will all be queued together at the parking attendant gates until they open them up. Now technically they open the parking lots around that 45-minute prior mark, however, they really don't let people in until that first bus with Guests has entered and dropped off. This isn't a bad idea if you've missed that first bus over but it certainly won't be your quickest option in the morning.
I hope this helps you plan out your itinerary a little bit better, Derek. If you have any other questions before your trip, please feel free to stop back by and
ask me. I'm happy to help.
Have fun!
Jackie H.
