    We're staying at the All-Star Music Resort in May and have an 8:40am reservation for the Cape May Cafe. What is the best way to get there and roughly how long would it take?

    Hey Anne-Marie-

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. The Cape May Cafe is one of my favorite restaurants because it is decorated in a New England-style, beachside setting with pastel colored walls and teal topped white arches. At the Beach Club Breakfast Buffet you will get a personal visit from Mickey, Minnie, Donald Duck, Goofy and Pluto dressed in their ocean themed outfits. Bring an empty tummy, a camera and an autograph book. If there is a video camera available, try and get a video with the characters. Their gestures and responses are so perfect. We love watching these magical moments with our kids.

    Because there is no direct route from Disney’s All-Star Music Resort to Disney’s Beach Club Resort via Disney bus transportation, you will need to transfer at a theme park. Also using Disney bus transportation, all though complimentary, will take 60 minutes of travel time. The day before your character meal at the Cape May Cafe please speak with a Cast Member at the Disney’s All-Star Music Resort Concierge Desk. They will be able to give you more accurate times and routes.

    My suggestion is to grab a taxi outside of Melody Hall (main building and the location of Intermission Food Court). The ride by car is about 10 minutes and very affordable.

    I love a high pile of Mickey waffles and eggs to get my day started.
