We will be staying at the All-Star Movies Resort and I was wondering how big the refrigerators were? Are they the typical dorm room size that most hotels have. We will be staying in a preferred room with 2 double beds.

Hi Jennifer! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

What a great time to plan a stay at the Walt Disney World Resort. There are so many new and exciting projects in the works I hope that your family will be able to take advantage of some of them!

Whenever my family travels to Disney we typically stay at the Value Resorts. Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort is a cute place. I have come to realize that the majority of your time when on vacation at Disney is spent either in the Theme Parks or in the pool so there is no need to spend a lot of money on a hotel room! There are a lot of activities geared towards families and the Resort hotel rooms offer all that you will need to be comfortable. Each of the rooms are equipped with dormitory sized refrigerators in them. Although they may appear to be small, we have been able to take advantage of them and actually store more than we initially thought possible. We usually at least have a half gallon of juice and half gallon of milk in there, along with some yogurt and other perishable goods.

I hope that you and your family have an Unforgettable time!
