We are staying @ All-Star Movies Resort and visit all 4 theme parks + downtown. How long does it take to travel from the resort to each area? Between the areas? Is there a bus/ferry/monorail schedule or map that estimates travel times? Thanks!

    Hi Meghan,

In order to travel from your resort to the four theme parks and Downtown Disney using Disney's complimentary transportation, you will need to catch buses.

Here is the approximate travel times from Disney's All-Star Movies Resort:-

    Magic Kingdom - 25 minutes
    Epcot - 20 minutes
    Disney's Hollywood Studios - 20 minutes
    Disney's Animal Kingdom - 20 minutes
    Downtown Disney - 25 minutes

I would also recommend that you allow an extra 20 minutes for each journey to allow for time which will be spent waiting for the next bus to arrive.

There is a great transportation wizard tool available at www.ourlaughingplace.com which allows you to enter the locations of where you wish to travel to and from anywhere within Walt Disney World and then indicates the best route to take as well as providing approximate journey times.

I hope that this helps you with planning the logistics of your visit and wish you a magical trip!
