Hey there, Hi there, Ho there, Hannah!
You’re as welcome as can be here at planDisney! I loved seeing your question because it brought back some great memories for me. My sister and I once ran the
Disney Princess Half Marathon and stayed at
Disney’s All-Star Movie Resort. Navigating the complimentary
Walt Disney World Bus Service was quite the adventure! There have been some exciting updates since then, so let's get into it!
My pal,
Panelist Nimmy T, recently recorded a very helpful podcast episode about
all the transportation options available to
Resort Hotel guests. I was delighted to hear that the bus schedule and progress are regularly updated on the
My Disney Experience App! You can learn more about how to do that
here.
So Hannah, overall it is recommended to arrive at a bus stop about 45 minutes before you want to leave. Several panelists have found that the wait times can be shorter if you check the bus arrival times on the app. Just a heads-up: each bus might stop at the other All-Star Resorts before heading to Magic Kingdom.
I also have to mention the fabulous Disney Minnie Van Service. Hannah, if that had been available at my last visit, I suspect I would have sported polka dots and
Minnie Ear Headbands every morning as I cruised into the Magic Kingdom’s
Early Theme Park Entry in style. You can request a Minnie Van via the Lyft app.
Well, as King Scar loves to croon, I hope this helps you “
Be Prepared" for your upcoming visit, Hannah!! If you have any more questions or need
more tips, feel free to
reach out to us again.
See ya real soon!
Danielle
