    Hi there, were staying at AKL for 2 weeks in august, ive read that the buses are often always full due to them calling at kidani village first, How far away is the kidani village stop from AKL and wouldbe worthwhile just going to that stop each time.

    That's not a bad idea, but you should know that it is a pretty far walk.  If you walk quickly, you can get there in about 15 minutes.

    Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge is a beautiful and amazing resort.  About the only negative thing I can say about the resort is the bus service.  That said, I think all of the positives of staying at this amazing resort outweigh this one negative.  Enjoy!
