    Staying at AKL .. How strict are they about bringing balloons back to your room. My three year old loves balloons and will be heart broken to have to throw her balloon away from the parks when we get back to the hotel. Any hints around this issue?

    Hi Carol, They are very strict about this policy at AKL as it is for the safety of the animals and if the balloons happen to find their way onto the Savanna, the animals could really get sick if they decide to explore this strange item in their habitat. I suggest that you buy your daughter a balloon on the last day (or closer to the end of your trip) and you can give the balloon to Bell Services at the resort, where they will store the balloon in their luggage room until you claim it when you are leaving. This way she will be able to bring her balloon home with her and enjoy it for a while at home and have it remind her of the wonderful time she had at WDW everytime she looks at it.
