    Hi! We'll be staying at the AKL. We have a 7:30am reservation at the Captain's Grille (Yacht Club) then are planning to go to Epcot - any tips on bus transportation to the Grille from AKL? Epcot opens at 9am that day. Thanks and Happy Holidays!

    Hi Sarah,

    Animal Kingdom Lodge is a magnificent property, and a wonderful retreat to call "home" while on your Disney vacation.  I'm guessing you will be delighted with your decision to stay here.  Disney runs early morning buses (before the parks open) specifically for guests who have breakfast reservations throughout the resort.  The best way to know where and when to catch a bus is to let the Cast Member at the front desk know about your reservation the evening before, and s/he can direct you.  You will need to take a bus to Disney's Hollywood Studios, and then take a boat to the Beach and Yacht Club.  After eating, you can either take a boat or walk over to the International Gateway entrance to Epcot.  It sounds like you have a fabulous Disney day planned!  Have a magical trip!
