    We are staying at AKL for 7 nights with 5 day park hopper/ water parks and more tickets. For our fast passes, I am having trouble reserving passes for the 5th day. It will not let me reserve a pass if we have already a pass for earlier in the week?

    Let's try to figure out your problem so you can get those FastPass+ times booked. If all else fails, call (407)939-7765 and a cast member can help get your FastPass+ selections in order for you.

    The first thing I want you to double check is that you indeed have a 5 day ticket linked to each guest in your travel party on your My Disney Experience account. Next, make sure you are not trying to book a 6th day of FastPasses. Since you are staying 7 nights, you may have accidentally punched in selections for an extra day somewhere along the way. Finally, make sure you aren't trying to book 2 sets of FastPasses for the same day. I know that sounds weird, but sometimes I have hit the wrong day by accident, and I think all is gone, but I just selected the wrong option.

    If everything from your end seems OK, call that number above and when the automated voice asks what you are calling for, respond "Book FastPass+" and you will get assistance.  Hakuna Matata, no worries - Mickey's team will be on this and have your FastPasses straightened out in a jiffy!
