    Staying at AKL. Looking at transport from AKL to Contemp, Poly and GF hotels for TS breakfasts. Advice? Is bus the best choice? Can we drive over and leave the car paked for the day as we take monorail on into Epcot or MK? Thanks

    Hi, Deborah!   If you choose to drive to any resort for your breakfast reservations, you are given a parking permit valid only for your dining time.  After that, you must move your car back to your resort or head to your theme park's parking area (parking at the theme parks is free for Disney Resort guests.)

    If you prefer to use Disney transportation, you can take a bus from the Animal Kingdom Lodge to the Magic Kingdom.   From here, you can hop on the Resort Monorail which will stops at all 3 of your destinations.    After your breakfast, you can take a bus or monorail to your desired theme park for the day, then at the end of your day take the bus from the theme park back to AKL.  

    Personally, I prefer to drive if I am going resort to resort.    It is just quicker and easier since in most cases you have to transfer modes of transportation to get where you want to go.   It can mean some wait time if you are taking buses.   With a car, you hop in and you are on your way!

    Of the 3 resorts, I think using Disney Transportation is easiest at the Polynesian since you can walk directly from your breakfast to the Transportation and Ticket Center to catch a monorail to Epcot (if you walk, you don't have to transfer monorails.)

    Feel free to ask a cast member for help with transportation.   They will help you get where you need to go!   Whichever mode of transportation you use, enjoy your stay at WDW!
