Hi! We will be staying at AKL kidani village for the first time. Online check-in is asking me to choose Sunset Savanna view or Pembe Savanns view. Any suggestions/ pros and cons of each? Thanks.

    Hi Julianne,

Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.  I love a stay at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village.  The decor is so rich and lovely, and the ability to see many exotic animals outside of nearly every window is wonderful.

There are two savannas, Sunset and Pembe, at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village.  I have stayed in villas overlooking each of them.  The Sunset Savanna is larger, and the Pembe Savanna is smaller.  I tend to like the view of the Sunset Savanna better, as it is more sweeping.  I also believe that the Sunset Savanna has more and larger animals than the Pembe Savanna.  That said, we did enjoy our view of the Pembe Savanna as we saw different and smaller animals here.  If I had a choice, I would request the Sunset Savanna.  Please do know that while Disney will do their best to accommodate your request, it cannot be guaranteed.

I hope that these thoughts are helpful for you, Julianne!  Have a great time planning your vacation, and please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
