    Staying at AKL July 19-22, we have ADR at the Crystal Palace at 8:15am on 7/20, when should we leave the lodge to get to MK for our breakfast? Have heard of transportation issues with this resort but decided to stay here anyways want to experence Africa!

    Hi Elizabeth,

    You have made a fantastic choice - Disney's Animal Kingdom Resort is a truly beautiful place to stay set amidst a 43-acre wildlife preserve offering fantastic views of the surrounding savanna and its many animal inhabitants.

    The best way to get from your resort to the Crystal Palace which is located inside the Magic Kingdom would be to take a bus. The journey will take approximately 20 minutes but you will also need to make an allowance for time which will be spent waiting for the bus to arrive.

    I would aim to be at the bus stop at your resort for 7.15am in order to arrive at the restaurant in plenty of time for your advanced dining reservation.
