Hello moms! We are staying at AKL - club level in June and would like to do the Wanyama Safari. My youngest will have just turned 8 that May and my oldest will be 9. Do I need to show proof of age for either of them?

    Hi Anne!

Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel with your question.
How exciting that you're already planning for your next adventures at Walt Disney World!

The Wanyama Safari Resort Tour is an experience that I've been wanting to try for myself! I'm hoping to experience it this coming January while staying at the Animal Kingdom Villas with my family.

It's unlikely that you'll need proof at age at the tour itself, When you call to reserve, you'll be asked for your children's ages at the time of the tour. If any further identification is required, the Cast Member you reserve with will advise you during your phone call. The age minimum applies more to the length and nature of the experience.

The Wanyama Safari can be booked up to 180 days in advance by calling 407-938-4755. Be sure to call as far in advance of your arrival as possible since space is limited to just 12 Guests per excursion.

Wishing you a simply Magical time at Walt Disney World Anne!
