    Hi Moms! We are staying at the AKL club level this June. We have done our ADR and booked the Wayanma Safari. Is there any other AKL activities that we need a reservation for? We know about the sunrise Safari. My sons are 8 and 9 . Thank you

    Hi Anne! It sounds like you are well read about the great benefits to being a concierge guest at the Animal Kingdom Lodge. Both the Wayanma Safari and the Sunrise Safari are well worth the time and cost. I loved the sunrise one although getting the family up early was tough. Once we were out with the animals they thanked me many times over. The ending breakfast was amazing as well.

    There are many things happening at the Animal Kingdom Lodge and be sure to get the latest program itinerary when you check in.  Such things as restaurant tours, crafts, cookie decorating, story telling, and even night vision opportunities happen almost on a daily basis.

    There are two other things that come to mind that would require reservations. The first is dining with an Animal Specialist for lunch at Sanaa. It is a four course lunch where you can learn about some of the Disney animals from one of the experts on staff and at the same time likely observe one or two of the species right outside the dining windows. To book this experience call 407-938-6922.  The other thought for a fun activity is the wine tasting at Jikos which takes place on Wednesdays from 3-4.
