    Hi Moms! Staying at AKL 6/16-6/20. We have 730am ADR at Chef Mickey on 6/17. Can we drive and leave our car at contemp? Eat, go to MK or EP and pick up car at nap time? I really would love not to loose time driving all around. HELP! Is this the best plan?

    Hi Kim:

    Since you are not a Guest of the Contemporary, you can park there to dine in the Resort's restaurants, like Chef Mickeys. However, generally, there is a three-hour parking limit for guest Resort parking. The three-hour limit will give you plenty of time to eat and stroll around the Resort, but you will not be able to park at the Resort for a longer period of time and spend hours or the day in the Parks. You will have to move your car after breakfast. 

    If you want to consider another plan, use Disney bus transportation from your Resort to Magic Kingdom (and take a short walk to the Contemporary) or a taxi to the Contemporary.
