    Staying at AK 8/30-9/3 was wondering how do i go about getting a balcony room to have a view of the animals? Booked through priceline and there were no options.Will it cost extra? THANK YOU mom panel! IM very excited!

    Hello, Mei,

    I think I would call Disney directly at 407-W-DISNEY to speak to a cast member about your reservation to have him/her look at it from his/her end to see what kind of reservation you currently have.  If you currently are booked for a savannah view, problem solved.  If not, the cast member should be able to give you options about upgrading your reservations and the costs involved. 

    And even if you aren't able to upgrade to a savannah view, please know that throughout all of the resort are many areas where guests can see the animals.  

    Have a wonderful vacation and enjoy the resort; it is truly amazing!
