We're staying at the AK Lodge from 8/27-9/1. I've seen that there are movies, night goggles, and other fun things going on at the resort. Is there any way to get a schedule of these events ahead of time or do we have to wait until we get there? Thank you!

    Hi there, Erin!

Activity schedules change somewhat frequently at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge. For this reason, you'll need to check in with a Cast Member when you arrive. S/he will be able to supply you with the current week's list of activities, including rental times, movies, kids' activities, and so on.

You can certainly find examples of past schedules online, which are useful in giving a breakdown of what is likely to happen during your visit. A copy of a September 2011 activities sheet may be found at http://www.aklresort.com/category/image-galleries/akl-maps-and-printed-materials -- this is an unaffiliated fan site, and is not a part of the Walt Disney World family of companies.

You'll likely want so schedule a substantial portion of one day to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Resort. It's an incredible place to spend a vacation.

    Have a wonderful time!

    See you later, celebrator,
    -Deborah B.
