    Hi, I am staying at AK in December on the concierge Level. Can the concierge make a restaurant reservation for me if there isn’t availability on The Mydisneyexperience app?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Donna! I’m happy to hEAR all about your upcoming vacation and the beautiful room that you’ve booked at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge.

    I stayed there with my Mom this year, for her 60th birthday, and we got to wake up with the giraffes right outside our balcony. She was enthralled! The concierge that is available to help with Club Level guests can surely help you with these requests. They have the same phone number as the Disney Dining Line to check availability. Of course, if nothing is available in the system (they have the same information as the app), I’m sorry to say that you may have to try a walk-up to the restaurant at the time you’d like to see and inquire. I’ve found availability at places like my favorite Sci-Fi Dine-In Theatre Restaurant, but found it harder for high-demand options like Be Our Guest.
