Hi! We have stayed in villas on Disney property before & use the supplies provided in the villas. I am wondering if mouse keeping or Disney in general can provide unscented items such as laundry detergent. This is an allergy issue. Thank you!

Howdy Tami!  Thanks so much for your question!!!

I spoke with a Cast Member today and was told that you can request to have linens, etc. that are fragrance free.

My toddler has sensitive skin so I completely understand your question.  I typically use the one free box of detergent that I am given and then take my own with me.  While it means one more item to pack, I can ensure that I bring the brand and type of detergent that works best for my family.  The relatively new laundry tablets are easy to pack and allow me to take care of my family in the best way I can.

When you make your reservation, be sure to mention the allergy and then mention it again at check-in so you can ensure everyone knows about your request.

Thanks again for your question and please let me know if you need anything further.

    Have a magical day!
