I have stayed in the value (All-Star in particular) resorts many times and have stayed in Caribbean Beach one time. I am planning on going back again in May and want to know if you think the moderate resorts (POFQ or CS) are worth the money? Thanks

    Hi there Ashley!

That is a very good question. There are a couple of ideas that I have about this. Just as you, my main concern is usually, can afford I to upgrade into the Moderate resorts. But the real question is, how much time will I be spending at the resort? If I am going to be spending 80 percent of the time at the parks, then I will just stay at the Value resorts. They have plenty of amenities that are accessible and fun.

If I am going to be hanging around the resort more than the parks and I can afford it, then I want to stay at the nicer facilities. The moderates are great and a good step up from the value resorts. The rooms are bigger and the decor is better. They also have better dining facilities. I have heard wonderful things about Port Orleans French Quarter from various sources and the rooms have just been refurbished! I hope you and your family have a Magical Time at the Walt Disney World Resort! If you have more questions, we are always here to help! Thanks so much for asking the Moms Panel!
