    We stayed at Riverside last time when free dining was on. This time there does not seem to be that offer available. To part question, 1where should we stay that is not low end and 2 will there be dining specials in late October or early November?

    Free dining has been offered in the fall in the past, however it cannot be guaranteed that the promotion will run again this fall.  I would recommend checking the Special Offers section on the Walt Disney World Website frequently to make sure you don't miss out on any new promotions that become available.  Also, if you book your package now, and a promotion like free dining does become available, a Disney Agent will be happy to add the promotion to your package if it is available.  

    Picking a Walt Disney World Resort is so much fun!  My pick for the Value Resorts would be Disney's Art of Animation Resort.  This resort opened last year and is amazing!  It feels like you have stepped into your favourite Disney Movies.  The Big Blue Pool and restaurant Landscape of Flavors are not to be missed!  In the moderate category, for something different, i would suggest Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort.  It has a tropical feel, and again the pool is amazing!  For a special treat, check out the resorts pirate-themed rooms!  Finally, for the Deluxe category, I have two recommendations based on which Theme Parks your family prefers.  If you are a Magic Kingdom family, I would suggest Disney's Contemporary Resort.  To me, this is Classic Disney as the Monorail whisks through the building.  If you enjoy EPCOT and Hollywood Studios, I would recommend Disney's Beach Club Resort.  This resort had a laid back beachy feel with, in my opinion, the best pool on Disney Property.
